Verlyn Adamson

Verlyn Adamson an accountant and his wife Judith Adamson from MADISON, Wisconsin, claim to have devised a formula to win the lottery. Verlyn and Judith bought 4 winning tickets for the Saturday morning Wisconsin Lottery’s August 16th SuperCash drawing. The numbers were 01, 05, 08, 13, 24 and 26. All 4 lottery tickets were purchased at different locations, but with the same exact numbers and for the same drawing. They bought their winning tickets in Barneveld, Darlington, Mineral Point and Mount Horeb. Their lottery winnings amount to $1.4 million, or about $955,000 after taxes for the August 16th lottery.

Verlyn and Judith Adamson claimed two of their four $350,000 jackpots on Monday, but didn’t mention at the time that they also held two more of the winning tickets. The other 2 tickets were claimed on Thursday. All questions are being sent through Scott Thompson, the lawyer for the Adamson’s, while a patent is being filed for their new formula. No press conferences or interviews will be conducted. No further statements will be issued. The mathematical equation used is a trade secret. At this time, we are exploring patent protection. Therefore, any public disclosure at this time is not in my clients’ best interest.
